Disonancias

The Sarkis-Lagunketa Group understands the innovation and investigation of new avenues to be a leading area within the market for the promotion of officially protected housing (VPO). The Group considers the opportunity to participate in DISONANCIAS as a means of coming to grips with new fields and approaches that it has not as yet dealt with.

molekulo is the working title for an organic building block click system that Grupo Sarkis-Lagunketa and Daniela Bershan agreed to develop last November within the period of the DISONANCIAS experiment. The initial idea was to develop an organic self sustaining element to upgrade spaces. These elements are flexible and can be used in various ways. They agreed to work on an ecological as well as a social functional approach.

However, day to day business is a very time consuming environment for the search of an "invention". The rules and restrictions felt more like a simplification of Daniela's initial idea than a exploring and growing in the field. But finally, made out of the dissonance and hard facts, they are producing 50 prototypes of molekulo in July, which will be produced in Shenzen (China) and then be long-term tested at a golf club that Sarkis-Lagunketa owns in Vitoria.
